After-Sales Service - Italy
The management of after--sales assistance is co-ordinated by Euro Alpi Srl.
This procedure allows Euro Alpi to improve the management of the technical support service, to monitor time it takes to resolve technical problems (within 5 days from the request) and to generate a database with a history of the most common problems.
To ask for technical support (installation, ordinary maintenance, assistance) you can:
- phone the number: +39 0444 820933 to speak to our after-sales service which will supply you professional answers to the problems and will give you the best solution to the problem.
- send a fax to the number: +39 0444 821226
In the event of problems with the product, your local distributor should be contacted. If the problem encountered is not resolved, our technical staff is available to resolve any difficulties the user might encounter on-line. If the situation cannot be remedied over the phone, the matter will be handed over to the technical assistance service located closest to the user.
Euro Alpi will make sure that the A.A.C. (Authorised Assistance Centre) intervenes within 5 days of receiving the request for assistance. The request must be made either through the local distributor or directly by the user by means of fax or e-mail.
Our operators are available for any information from Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m..
